Gates open at 2.45pm.  Pre Performance commencing at 3.00pm - 5.00pm (as required dependent on competitor numbers). 

Anthem & Parade at 5.15pm.  Rodeo commence 5.30pm.

Fireworks @ around 8.30pm

Event organisers Mary Valley State College P&C provide all competitors with a $20 fuel voucher to help with transport to get to our venue in the Mary Valley.
